Salary: $69,050 — $194,200 USD per year

What you will do
- Execute the vision for GTM analytics, ensuring data infrastructure supports a multi-segment global sales organization.
- Manage measurement frameworks for Top-of-Funnel (Outbound) and Partnerships to optimize conversion and ROI.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, including capacity modeling, target setting, and territory definition.
- Oversee executive-level dashboards providing real-time visibility into sales productivity and GTM efficiency.
- Direct and mentor a team of GTM analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and commercial curiosity.
- Coordinate with Marketing Analytics to create a unified "MQL to Closed-Won" view.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or BI within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning.
- High proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python or R for modeling.
- Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM) and BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
- Must be based in EMEA or East Coast US time zones.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
