What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to structure, review, and process customer quotes, pricing requests, and renewals.
• Manage high-volume deal activity, handling 10–15 active quotes and transactions simultaneously.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to facilitate timely deal approvals.
• Review deals for pricing accuracy, margin considerations, and compliance with internal company policies.
• Generate and maintain quotes and contracts within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve quote-to-cash workflow efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Contracts Administration.
• Strong professional experience working within Salesforce (required).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes, including pricing structures, product bundling, and renewals.
• Experience supporting SaaS, IoT, or Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) business models.
