What you will do

  • Establish partnerships with brands, distributors, business coaches, and influencers to generate lead referrals.
  • Proactively manage communication with partner representatives to determine the most effective outreach strategies.
  • Set up and track lead forms to ensure all referral data is captured and processed correctly.
  • Identify and execute partnership opportunities and events to drive lead and opportunity generation.
  • Manage and reconcile monthly payments to referral partners.
  • Support brand partnerships through salon visits and ride-alongs with sales representatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and spend significant time on the road for in-person partner engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building and objection-handling skills.
  • Growth mindset and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in the Hair and Beauty industry.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
