TL;DR
People & Culture Business Partner (HR): Designing and executing end-to-end people strategies to enhance employee experience, engagement, and performance within the Space & Sensors department with an accent on DEI initiatives and AI integration in HR operations. Focus on coaching managers, driving change management for business growth, and ensuring legal compliance in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location: Hybrid (Golden, CO, USA) - must work from the office approx. 3 days per week
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Coach and advise managers on talent assessments, professional development, and organizational planning.
- Integrate AI tools and agents into daily people operations to optimize efficiency and empower teams.
- Own and drive DEI initiatives and programs to promote a positive and inclusive culture.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent.
- Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Leverage HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved retention and employee experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP, preferably in the space industry.
- Experience in a Startup environment is a MUST.
- Proven experience and passion for implementing AI initiatives to optimize HR functions.
- Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal US employment policies and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data.
