Salary: $115,000 - $167,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for G&A and GTM departments.
• Drive self-sufficient sourcing to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
• Analyze hiring funnel data to optimize metrics and resolve bottlenecks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and hiring strategies.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity within the ATS.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and maximize recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of independent sourcing without reliance on external support.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret recruitment analytics.
• Experience with modern recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in office).
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for both high-growth startups and established tech firms.
• Proficiency in navigating complex compensation negotiations.
• Experience with Greenhouse or Ashby ATS.
