Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and coach a blended team of Customer Success Advisors (CSAs) and Technical Leads (TLs).
- Drive measurable outcomes in customer adoption, renewal readiness, and account health.
- Act as a product SME, influencing roadmap prioritization and participating in release readiness.
- Manage a select portfolio of high-level accounts and conduct strategic business reviews.
- Oversee technical operations, including Jira ticket trends and integration requirements.
- Coordinate customer communications for product releases and manage high-impact incident responses.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS leadership.
- 2+ years of people management experience focused on coaching and development.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex concepts into value.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- MBA, MSN, or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience supporting multiple SaaS product lines.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Atlassian (Confluence & Jira), and Zendesk.
