Location: Must be based in the US (Remote)

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a blended team of Customer Success Advisors (CSAs) and Technical Leads (TLs).
  • Drive measurable outcomes in customer adoption, renewal readiness, and account health.
  • Act as a product SME, influencing roadmap prioritization and participating in release readiness.
  • Manage a select portfolio of high-level accounts and conduct strategic business reviews.
  • Oversee technical operations, including Jira ticket trends and integration requirements.
  • Coordinate customer communications for product releases and manage high-impact incident responses.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS leadership.
  • 2+ years of people management experience focused on coaching and development.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex concepts into value.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

  • MBA, MSN, or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting multiple SaaS product lines.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Atlassian (Confluence & Jira), and Zendesk.
