What you will do

• Develop and conduct technical training programs for maintenance technicians regarding safety and best practices.
• Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify equipment failures.
• Provide technical support during equipment breakdowns to restore operations quickly and safely.
• Collaborate with production managers and engineers to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize work orders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Five to seven years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift over 45 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and automated systems.
