Field Service Technician (Mechanical)

What you will do

• Travel to customer facilities (approximately 60%) to provide professional equipment servicing.
• Perform new equipment installations, upgrades, and technical audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Spares to resolve technical issues.
• Assemble and maintain converting equipment according to technical drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures.

Requirements

• Must be living and authorized to work in the United States.
• Two-year technical associate degree (Mechanical or Mechatronics) or an equivalent combination of technical school, military, or industrial experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Capacity to work individually and as part of a team in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving drive and a willingness to learn new technologies.
