What you will do

• Perform and document daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
• Manage the inventory of components and spare replacement parts.
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of equipment and process validations (I.Q., O.Q., and P.Q.).
• Perform calibrations for equipment requiring time, temperature, and pressure inputs/outputs.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System SOPs and department safety policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Gainesville, FL.
• Valid Driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Basic knowledge of computers and associated software.
• Strong technical aptitude and record-keeping skills.

Nice to have

• Minimum 1 year of experience with CNC and machine shop equipment diagnosis and repair.
