What you will do

• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plant equipment and wiring.
• Maintain and calibrate electrical instruments, motors, and control systems.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and electrical specifications.
• Wire machines and electrical panels in accordance with technical prints.
• Respond professionally to emergency maintenance situations on the production floor.
• Document labor, materials, and equipment usage for maintenance logs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Electrician with a two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an electrician in an industrial environment.
• Expertise with PLC controls and industrial automation systems.
• Strong mechanical and analytical skills with the ability to read measuring devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and communicate effectively with line operators.
