Salary: $97,000 – $115,000

What you will do

• Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns across North America to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, including vendor management, attendee communications, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Growth and Demand Generation teams to support account-based initiatives and field marketing programs.
• Develop and amplify regional content such as case studies, customer stories, and event follow-ups.
• Track and report on performance metrics to provide insights for future program improvements.
• Manage relationships with regional vendors and partners to ensure budget alignment and seamless delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, or communications.
• Hands-on experience supporting events, sponsorships, or community initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to learn quickly.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Notion.
