TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (Legaltech/AI): Designing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs and ABM strategies to drive pipeline for a legal software platform with an accent on AI-driven content scaling. Focus on leveraging LLMs and prompt engineering to increase content velocity and personalize buyer narratives across channels.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Austin, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh, or Toronto with an expectation to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (US) / $89,000 – $110,000 CAD (Ontario)

What you will do

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (email, webinars, sponsorships) mapped to buyer personas and pain points.
  • Develop and manage ABM program plans in collaboration with Sales leaders to target whitespace accounts and drive bookings.
  • Partner with BDR and Customer Success teams to improve lead conversion and handling across the funnel.
  • Architect threaded programs across email, social, and web to ensure narrative continuity and buyer relevance.
  • Serve as an AI specialist, leveraging LLMs and prompt engineering to produce, test, and iterate content at scale.
  • Measure and report on program performance, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or content engineering.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tools including Marketo, Salesforce, and 6Sense.
  • Demonstrated expertise using AI tools and platforms (LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering) to scale content.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and metric-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to design coherent multi-channel threaded content programs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in LegalTech, Enterprise Software, or SaaS.
