Salary: $168,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of contracts, including customer, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Serve as a legal advisor to senior management and various internal departments.
• Partner with revenue and legal operations to refine, automate, and optimize contractual workflows.
• Manage and oversee relationships with external legal counsel.
• Identify and mitigate practical and legal risks for the company.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and active membership in good standing with a State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in transactional, commercial, or corporate law.
• Prior experience working with SaaS or technology companies.
• Familiarity with global data privacy and protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts across various risk and value levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract management software (CMS), specifically Ironclad or Zip.
• Experience advising clients with global operations and international business nuances.
