What you will do

• Develop, manage, and improve global compliance programs and resources.
• Monitor emerging laws and regulations, specifically data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and AI compliance.
• Perform risk-based privacy compliance assessments and establish organization-wide controls.
• Advise cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) on implementing privacy controls and regulatory requirements.
• Promote the principle of least privilege and privacy best practices throughout the organization.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active license to practice law (State Bar admission).
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience dealing with global regulatory regimes in the SaaS industry.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business impact and communicate effectively with non-legal partners.
• Experience operationalizing compliance requirements within technology and product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize urgent tasks and provide clear direction in ambiguous environments.

• Technical background in software product development and privacy controls.
