What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of customer, vendor, and partner agreements including MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
• Support and improve contract templates and playbooks to accelerate deal cycles and maintain consistency.
• Act as the primary legal contact for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
• Operationalize data protection and privacy compliance for GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, routing, e-signatures, and recordkeeping.
• Develop internal resources and training on contracting standards and compliance best practices.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of legal experience, preferably supporting technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity companies.
• Strong foundation in commercial contracting with hands-on experience in SaaS and vendor agreements.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and security standards like SOC 2 and NIST.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from Kansas City Metro or Sarasota, FL.
