What you will do

• Analyze business requests and translate them into detailed system requirement specifications.
• Design logical flowcharts and system screens to guide development teams.
• Facilitate client meetings and maintain strong relationships with end-users and stakeholders.
• Assist in integration and acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation including manuals, bulletins, and application design layouts.
• Support project planning efforts and track progress for small development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and flowcharting tools like Visio or UML.
• Strong ability to work directly with end-users to identify and resolve business needs.
• Understanding of system design, database structures, and software development lifecycles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in the bankcard or payment industry.
• Basic scripting knowledge.
