Location: Remote within a 70-mile radius from hub locations (Springfield/Monett, MO; Allen, TX; Charlotte, NC; Louisville, KY; Cedar Falls, IA; or Lenexa, KS). Must be a U.S. citizen.

Salary: $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Meet and collaborate with internal customer groups to define process requirements.
• Establish necessary system connections to facilitate data collection.
• Build and implement process mining analysis models in Celonis.
• Analyze business processes to increase efficiency and enhance the associate experience.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Basic understanding of Process Mining and Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Toyota Kata).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and not require sponsorship for employment authorization now or in the future.
• Must be located within a 70-mile radius of one of the company's hub locations.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Celonis, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or OpCon.
• Experience with Microsoft O365, including Power Automate.
• Basic network administration experience.
