What you will do

• Act as liaison between technical IT staff and line-of-business staff for BPMT-based solutions.
• Capture business requirements, evaluate alternatives, recommend solutions, and translate into project plans.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, handling day-to-day issue resolution.
• Drive creation of current and future state process models to facilitate consensus on improvements.
• Discover, validate, document, and communicate business knowledge into technical solutions that add value.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline with relevant experience.
• Five years’ experience as business analyst managing IT projects to completion.
• Experience with business requirements gathering techniques and process redesign methods.
• Track record delivering business outcomes like revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of System Development Lifecycle and ability to manage all phases.
• Good written/oral communication, organization, multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams.
