What you will do

• Ensure customer data (claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment) is complete and reliable across all operating markets.
• Manage direct enterprise customer relationships to drive technical data delivery and resolve quality issues.
• Build scalable integration infrastructure, including playbooks, standard data expectations, and monitoring frameworks.
• Lead multiple concurrent customer integrations, making prioritization decisions for a growing portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and clinical product teams to bridge the gap between data arrival and utility.
• Implement AI-augmented data operations to accelerate investigation and triage of data quality issues.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product management experience owning outcomes in healthcare data or integration platforms.
• Deep working knowledge of claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, and medical records data.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical coordination and data delivery.
• Background in health-tech involving payer, provider, or value-based care data operations.
• Ability to design scalable infrastructure and systems-level patterns.
• Must be based in the USA.
