Salary: $217,500 to $310,000

What you will do
- Contribute to the evolution of the Therapeutic Area & Franchise Strategies.
- Provide US market opportunity assessment for external asset evaluations in strong collaboration with the Global Partnering & Global New Product Strategy teams.
- Develop a vision for the new product planning function for North America, focused on transition of internal assets from global to US brand team.
- Provide US perspective for external innovation strategies across therapeutic areas, including access & pricing.
- Partner with Global New Product strategy to lead in-depth commercial evaluation process for NA.
- Assess process and develop perspective for better integration of new assets across phases 1 – 3 into pipeline and NA teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 - 10 years’ experience in New Product Planning, Global Marketing, Business Development or Portfolio Management roles within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong scientific, medical, and commercial experience in oncology, neuroscience and/or rare diseases.
- Experience in pricing and access in the US market is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of US market.
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking, including forecasting and business case development.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Strategy consulting experience in life sciences.
- Strategic marketing expertise (including positioning, targeting, segmentation, launch planning, life cycle management).
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French would be helpful.
