What you will do

• Lead and grow a portfolio of institutional and foundation partners.
• Represent hirify.global externally, leading meetings and managing relationships.
• Monitor funding trends and translate strategic intelligence into actionable plans.
• Draft high-quality fundraising materials.
• Manage complex projects and proposals.
• Support and mentor colleagues in proposal writing and relationship management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or program development.
• Strong understanding of key debates and major players in development and humanitarian assistance.
• Track record of problem-solving and delivering results in complex contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort navigating relationships with senior leaders.
• Strong prioritization and self-management skills.
