Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $124,800 - $156,000 base plus variable compensation

What you will do
- Build and leverage a robust partner network to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support within the assigned region.
- Nurture relationships with partner leadership to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals.
- Deliver high-energy training to partner sales teams to articulate the value proposition.
- Manage the pipeline by bridging partner-referred leads to the Co-Sell teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment.
- 3-5 years of experience working with or selling into the HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
- Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows or strategy.
- Proven ability to establish trust quickly and maintain long-term professional connections.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with GTM strategies involving AI-driven HR tech products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in partner marketing, including event planning, execution, and lead development.
