TL;DR

Diocesan Lead (Partnerships): Managing and expanding strategic partnerships with dioceses to implement coordinated prayer initiatives and build communities of daily prayer with an accent on high-level stakeholder management. Focus on cultivating relationships with bishops and archbishops and executing post-sale engagement strategies to drive adoption.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-flexible, HQ in Chicago)

Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 USD (Base to OTE)

What you will do

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with bishops, archbishops, and key diocesan points of contact.
  • Implement and sustain partnerships to drive prayer adoption at both the diocesan and parish levels.
  • Organize in-person events and coordinate Bishop’s Prayer challenges and giving campaigns.
  • Design and optimize business processes and CRM workflows to support the diocesan program.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate prospects and visualize strategic alliances.
  • Lead all post-sale diocesan initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful rollout.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States.
  • Hands-on experience working within a diocese or Catholic organization (strongly preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire audiences.
  • Confidence and ability to lead meaningful theological conversations in group settings.
  • Strong aptitude for managing CRM workflows and staying organized.
  • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguity within a fast-growing startup environment.
