Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 base salary annually

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans to align platform features with client business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship, including forecasting, negotiating, and executing contract renewals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align the product roadmap with client needs.
- Identify expansion opportunities by analyzing client data and martech strategies to drive higher adoption.
- Coordinate with Solutions and Deliverability teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in enterprise client management within a SaaS environment.
- Must be based in the US.
- Strong technical proficiency in analyzing data to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial negotiations and driving renewals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in dynamic, autonomous startup environments.

- Experience in the enterprise marketing automation industry.
- Proficiency with tools such as Trello, JIRA, or Harvest.
