Salary: $108,880 - $144,117 + quarterly performance bonus

What you will do

• Own day-to-day relationship management for channel partners, establishing engagement cadence and identifying growth opportunities
• Monitor partner priorities and market dynamics to inform internal strategy and GTM decisions
• Collaborate with Sales on partner-sourced opportunities, client calls, RFPs, and pipeline tracking
• Surface expansion signals and escalate risks while driving cross-functional alignment
• Contribute to QBR/ABR preparation and maintain reporting hygiene across systems

Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, account management, or related in healthcare, digital health, or B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with employer and health plan ecosystem (navigators, PBMs, TPAs) as a plus
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product teams
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at all stakeholder levels
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
