Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester for hybrid work (at least 40% of time in office)
Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships and unlock growth opportunities.
- Drive portfolio performance across fleet, EV, and value-add solutions for corporate and public sector clients.
- Use data and insights to help customers optimize fleets and transition to sustainable solutions.
- Balance commercial performance with strong governance to ensure fair customer outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed new ways of working and improve portfolio results.
- Create an inclusive, high-performance environment that motivates and develops team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales or account management teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in portfolio management, retention, and growth.
- Experience working in a relationship-led B2B environment such as financial services, leasing, or automotive.
- Ability to coach teams to deliver insight-led conversations and high-quality customer outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing financial performance like P&L or revenue growth.
Nice to have
- Experience within fleet management, leasing, or mobility solutions.
- Knowledge of EV, salary sacrifice, or sustainability-led propositions.
- Experience working with public sector or regulated customers.
- Exposure to operating within a risk and control environment.
