What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and business roles from intake to offer close.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI-powered tools, LinkedIn, and niche communities.
• Audit and refine interview rubrics, assessments, and scoring guides to resolve bottlenecks in candidate throughput.
• Build diverse pipelines by partnering with DEI-focused organizations and auditing funnel data.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing compensation benchmarking and market data.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to showcase company culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or consumer apps.
• Proven track record hiring for both technical and business functions across various disciplines.
• Strong command of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and experience creating AI-powered workflows.
• Experience building and executing DEI sourcing and hiring programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and present insights to leadership.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
