What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, and product teams.
• Build and execute outbound sourcing pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with founders to define and drive hiring strategies.
• Manage the hiring process from screening to closing top candidates in competitive markets.
• Optimize recruitment tools, ATS (Ashby), and interview workflows.
• Analyze funnel metrics to improve conversion rates at every stage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-growing startups.
• Proven track record of closing high-quality engineering talent.
• Experience building sourcing pipelines independently.
• Proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar tools.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high bars for talent.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
