What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering searches, from scoping and sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate on candidate requirements and accelerate the hiring process.
• Manage a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through closing.
• Maintain hiring data integrity, reporting, and pipeline hygiene in Ashby.
• Contribute to the evolution of recruiting practices, including interview structures and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on technical and engineering roles.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company (preferred).
• Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with ATS (specifically Ashby).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where processes are still being built.
• Must be based in New York City for the specified salary range.
