TL;DR

Customer Experience Specialist (Operations): Providing real-time support to healthcare professionals on a marketplace platform with an accent on resolving complex shift, payment, and onboarding issues. Location: Remote (Global, excluding U.S.). Must be available to work 5 days within a 7-day schedule, including weekends.

Compensation: $10,800 – $40,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support across chat, voice, and email channels.
  • Resolve shift, payment, onboarding, and platform-related issues in real time.
  • Investigate cases using Zendesk and Salesforce while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and apply sound judgment before escalating.
  • Identify recurring issues and operational pain points to improve the worker experience.
  • Guide new professionals through onboarding to help them build confidence on the platform.

Requirements

  • Fluent, professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of customer support experience across chat or voice channels.
  • 2+ years of experience using CRMs such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
  • Must be available to work 5 days within a 7-day schedule, including weekends.
