TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (Healthtech): Delivering proactive assistance and personalized solutions to practitioners and patients across North America with an accent on troubleshooting issues, recommending product features, and resolving complex inquiries. Focus on building trust through open communication, collaborating on initiatives to delight customers, and ensuring coverage during business hours.

Location: Must live in or near Kelowna, BC (Kelowna, Kamloops, Penticton, Vernon hubs for occasional in-person collaboration). Hybrid remote with flexibility for every 4th weekend.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 a year (up to $6k bonuses)

What you will do

  • Collaborate via phone, email, and live chat to identify opportunities and ensure user success.
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend tailored product/service features.
  • Resolve complex inquiries using support tools and product knowledge.
  • Build trust through interactive communication and new customer delight initiatives.
  • Coordinate with team for full business hours coverage and report trends/feedback.
  • Champion hirify.global within the support team.

Requirements

  • Must live in or near Kelowna, BC for occasional in-person collaboration.
  • Flexible scheduling, including every 4th weekend, to support North America customers.
  • Proven experience in customer-centric roles (retail or hospitality ideal).
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
  • Positive demeanor, passion for customer happiness, and collaborative mindset.
  • Curiosity, adaptability to change, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Gladly and SaaS productivity tools.
