Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote options available, or hybrid (3 days/week) if based in San Diego, CA; Las Vegas, NV; or Green Bay, WI.

Salary: $42,000 - $54,000

• Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects, ensuring each customer successfully implements software and services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional communication and urgent response times.
• Drive the completion of onboarding projects within defined timeframes based on complexity.
• Provide thorough product insights and result-driven problem-solving to facilitate a seamless transition.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in software training, support, or implementation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• High standards of integrity and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Chiropractic or ChiroTouch software.
• Software onboarding or customer project management experience, preferably in a SaaS organization.
