What you will do

  • Provide expert support for hospital inpatient NTAP implementation and billing practices.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate product adoption and provide guidance on coverage and payment policies.
  • Engage in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) activities to demonstrate product value.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hospital administrators and reimbursement decision-makers.
  • Analyze claims data to identify root causes of denials and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure organizational adherence to reimbursement regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, preferably with inpatient medical devices.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient coding and billing (UB-04, charge master).
  • Familiarity with reimbursement mechanisms like NTAP.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
