TL;DR

Senior Director of Policy, Research and Analysis (Healthcare): Leading teams to deliver health policy research and analysis for pharmaceutical and biotech clients with an accent on market access and commercialization. Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Preference for Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone; hybrid options available for those in Washington, DC or Austin, TX)

Salary: $154,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet client deliverables in policy, research, and analysis.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on drug pricing, coverage, reimbursement, and benefit design.
  • Lead and advise clients on Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) negotiations and manufacturer engagement.
  • Manage primary and secondary market research to address project objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members (Managers and Associates).

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or consulting firm.
  • Deep familiarity with pricing, policy, and manufacturer engagement under IRA provisions.
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
  • Advanced degree (MPH, MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD) in health policy, economics, or a relevant discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing professional teams.
