Salary: $130,000–$150,000

What you will do
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative policy analyses on coverage, reimbursement, and legislative research to support client projects.
- Develop and maintain structured Excel models to analyze reimbursement and regulatory impacts.
- Manage project delivery by creating workplans, tracking timelines, and coordinating resources.
- Prepare analytical materials and presentations for client meetings to discuss findings and implications.
- Translate complex analytical results into clear summaries and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide Policy Consultants and Associates to build team capacity and ensure quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States at the time of hire; no employment sponsorships are provided.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably with a background in consulting.
- Advanced degree (MPH, MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD) in health policy, economics, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience modeling the effects of legislation and regulations affecting pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Strong Excel-based quantitative modeling skills.
- Experience working within legislative, regulatory, or government policy environments.
