What you will do

  • Identify, track, and qualify relevant tender opportunities within the Hospitality & Retail sector.
  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end process for high-quality tender responses, RFPs, and commercial submissions.
  • Partner with Business Development, Product, and Solution teams to gather insights and shape compelling, value-led responses.
  • Map customer challenges and operational priorities to create tailored, persuasive proposals.
  • Develop reusable bid materials, case studies, and sector-specific messaging.
  • Support post-submission activities, including presentations, clarifications, and internal handovers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid management, proposal management, account management, or commercial operations.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and customer-specific proposals.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to understand customer buying motivations and value drivers.
  • Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • High attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader commercial opportunities.
