What you will do
- Conduct external market benchmarking and evaluate internal compensation data.
- Develop structured salary guidelines across various practices and professional levels.
- Translate complex data into actionable compensation recommendations.
- Collaborate on total rewards offerings to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Analyze actuarial credential progression and career path structures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, or HR analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling).
- Experience with compensation survey data, ideally within actuarial, insurance, or consulting sectors.
- Familiarity with actuarial career paths and credential structures (ASA, FSA).
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
