What you will do

• Analyze actuarial credential progression and career path structures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, or HR analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling).
• Experience with compensation survey data, ideally within actuarial, insurance, or consulting sectors.
• Familiarity with actuarial career paths and credential structures (ASA, FSA).
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
