TL;DR

Digital Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading and empowering a team of Digital Sales Representatives to drive demand generation for DACH and Eastern European regions with an accent on outbound campaigns and lead qualification. Focus on bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales, optimizing prospecting strategies, and coaching team members to exceed performance goals.

Location: Hybrid role, required to be in the London or Madrid office 2 days a week.

What you will do

  • Recruit, manage, and train a team of up to 12 Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs).
  • Drive demand generation by creating outbound campaigns and processes to generate qualified leads and product demos.
  • Establish productivity metrics and accountability to achieve quotas on pipeline value and opportunity acceptance.
  • Coach team members on selling fundamentals, objection handling, and time and territory management.
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales, providing feedback to optimize regional campaigns.
  • Collect and analyze team performance data to report operational results to leadership.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in inside sales.
  • 2+ years of direct SDR/DSR management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas and driving team performance.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from London (UK) or Madrid (Spain) on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience with complex technology sales and selling business value.
  • Strong understanding of current technological innovations and sales automation tools.
