Salary: $150,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the hirify.global platform, shaping vision and flows.
• Transform behavioral insights into thoughtful experiences that remove friction and deepen engagement.
• Lead discovery efforts including research, interviews, and data synthesis to uncover product opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into intuitive and effective product experiences.
• Mentor other designers by providing incisive feedback and modeling high-quality critiques.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on complex systems and workflows.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and complex problem spaces.
• Strong product thinking skills: ability to form rigorous hypotheses and analyze qualitative/quantitative insights.
• Must be based in the United States.
