What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design strategy and execution across industry verticals including Construction, Nonprofit, and Healthcare.
• Define and evolve AI-native interaction models, balancing automation with user control.
• Own complex, cross-surface systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the QuickBooks ecosystem.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear and hirify.globalive user experiences.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional partners (PM, Engineering, Data, Research) to influence product direction.
• Mentor and guide other designers to elevate overall design quality and craft.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in product design or interaction design, operating at a senior or staff level.
• Proven ability to lead design across complex, ambiguous domains.
• Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered or data-driven experiences.
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing scalable frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex ideas to stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to or evolving design systems and platform-level solutions.
