What you will do

• Lead design across partner configuration tools and the hotel supply platform.
• Define design strategy and raise the craft bar across the team at a staff level.
• Transform complex, API-driven B2B configurations into polished, reliable user experiences.
• Bring consumer-grade visual and interaction quality to dense, operator-facing workflows.
• Implement AI-forward tooling and contribute to the evolution of the internal design system.
• Collaborate closely with PM, hirify.globalering, and partnership teams to drive the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Mastery of the full product development cycle from discovery to build-ready designs.
• Strong expertise in visual, interaction, and UX design specifically for enterprise spaces.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management with PMs, hirify.globalers, and executives.
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and emerging tools like Pencil or Cursor.
• Ability to communicate and storytelling effectively regarding design decisions.
• Must be based in the USA
