What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve compliance workflows and operational processes.
• Manage and optimize compliance tools, workflow automation, and reporting dashboards.
• Maintain compliance registers, documentation, and audit-ready operational records.
• Coordinate training and awareness activities, including tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, and Sales to integrate compliance into business operations.
• Support AI-enabled operational initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in business, law, compliance, operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
• Working knowledge of core compliance processes like COI, ABAC, and third-party risk.
• Proficiency with workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or SharePoint.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC platforms like OneTrust or Gatekeeper.
• Background in a fast-paced, international, or listed tech environment.
