What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on ethical dilemmas, business conduct, and policy interpretation.
• Manage end-to-end ethics cases, including intake, triage, and investigation coordination.
• Lead or oversee complex, sensitive investigations with high business impact.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of global ethics frameworks and the Code of Conduct.
• Drive ethics awareness initiatives and promote a strong speak-up culture.
• Analyze ethics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Ethics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in ethics, compliance, or investigations.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience handling sensitive investigations with executive-level visibility.
• Solid working knowledge of global compliance frameworks and corporate governance.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments.
