Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid options available in San Mateo, CA and Phoenix, AZ; otherwise, work from home is offered across the country.

Salary: $240,000 - $270,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Develop analytical frameworks to assess portfolio credit quality and monitor emerging credit trends.
• Lead the exploration and deployment of AI and advanced analytics to strengthen underwriting and risk assessment.
• Partner with Capital Markets and Finance teams to support securitizations, warehouse facilities, and structured finance transactions.
• Integrate alternative internal and external data sources to enhance borrower assessment and predictive model performance.
• Translate credit forecasts and portfolio performance into clear, investor-focused narratives.
• Own Credit Enhancement projections and proactively identify risks and drivers impacting liability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in credit risk analytics, credit strategies, or quantitative risk management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, data science, or credit risk functions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending, specifically Personal loans and HELOC.
• Advanced analytical skills using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record leading strategic transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the Capital Markets function at a fintech.
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI/ML solutions in lending or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of the Debt Settlement business.
