Salary: $118,000–$255,000

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the L4B Services Journey.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and sales teams to align goals and investments.
• Conduct user research and analyze partner feedback to deeply understand customer needs.
• Own complex, multi-quarter initiatives from requirements definition to cross-team execution.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across the user lifecycle.
• Communicate strategies, tradeoffs, and status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Exceptional experience as a Product Manager with a track record in B2B domains.
• Strong business acumen and ability to make informed tradeoffs regarding priorities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM-powered tools to improve product experiences.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or relevant experience.
