What you will do

• Own the strategy and evolution of platform capabilities enabling AI assistants and workflows.
• Define integration patterns and tools for internal AI systems and external partners to connect to data.
• Shape context and intelligence capabilities to help AI better understand agent and lead activity.
• Lead the product direction for AI memory capabilities to create personalized user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and design teams to assess tradeoffs and ship iterative solutions.
• Identify and prioritize high-value ecosystem opportunities based on usage patterns and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, AI, or LLMs.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data models, and system design.
• Proven experience building AI-powered products, including context, memory, and evaluation.
• Systems-oriented mindset to design capabilities supporting multiple use cases.
• Track record of defining success metrics and using data to drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in one of the 50 United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRMs, workflow automation, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with external integrations or AI platform capabilities.
