What you will do

  • Manage a book of customers across the full sales lifecycle to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person product demos and meetings with prospects and existing customers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and progress opportunities through the sales funnel using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure long-term customer value.
  • Perform root cause analyses on wins/losses and communicate lessons learned to the broader team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working within the channel sales model.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Must be based in Indonesia.
