TL;DR

Account Manager, Small Business (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships within the SMB customer base with an accent on Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and high-velocity sales. Focus on minimizing churn, conducting account health reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally to expand the book of business.

What you will do

  • Drive significant revenue growth within the SMB portfolio by exceeding monthly NDR targets.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure exceptional adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Minimize customer churn by acting as a trusted advisor and delivering consistent value to clients.
  • Conduct regular account health reviews and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts and maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Serve as a product advocate and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the Product team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 2-3+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role.
  • Experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft, or hirify.global.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of the SMB market segment.
