What you will do

• Manage small to large technical client project implementations, some exceeding twelve months in duration.
• Oversee the success of client implementations by managing cross-organizational delivery teams.
• Define roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology.
• Coordinate daily operations, analyze workflows, establish priorities, and set deadlines.
• Act as a bridge between delivery, engineering, product, and Sales teams to recommend insightful solutions.
• Develop project artifacts, templates, and standards to drive process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical PM role.
• Proven experience with Agile methodology and large-scale technology modernization in the Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, transactional systems, and technical architecture.
• Prior experience in a consulting role specifically with Financial Institutions.
• Experience with executive status reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, AI tools, and SmartSheet.
