What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for new and existing enterprise client integrations.
• Configure platform settings and white-label solutions based on specific client requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to troubleshoot issues and identify product gaps.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, playbooks, and business requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency by proactively identifying platform enhancements.
• Support strategic clients to maximize their platform consumption and business value.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or operations within fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional project teams from inception to execution.
• Familiarity with financial software systems such as transaction platforms or trading software.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in the Greenwich, CT office Monday through Thursday.
